PRACTICE ROUNDS
2019 U.S. Amateur Player Memorandum (full printable version)
Players will have the option of playing practice rounds on Pinehurst Resort’s No. 2 and No. 4. on Saturday and Sunday, August 10 and 11. On Friday, August 9, the players may walk each course and use the practice areas, but they may not play either course.
Players will be allowed to schedule their practice rounds at Player Registration on August 9 and 10 (see Player On-Site Registration and Check-In). Players will only be allowed to practice at each course on certain days, based on their Stroke Play course assignments. For instance, if you are scheduled to play on Pinehurst No. 2 on Monday of Stroke Play, your practice round will take place on Pinehurst No. 2 on Saturday. If you are scheduled to play Pinehurst No. 4 on Tuesday of Stroke Play, your practice round will take place on Pinehurst No. 4 on Sunday.
