PLAYER PRE-REGISTRATION

If you have any problems with the form or need to make any changes after you have submitted your form, please contact Sara Taylor at uswoplayers@usga.org or 617.634.2105. Please note: In addition to completing the online player pre-registration form, each player must go through player registration on-site at the championship.
