PLAYER REGISTRATION

Player Registration will be conducted at the Country Club of Charleston in the Ballroom of the 2nd floor of the Clubhouse. Players may register beginning Saturday, May 25 at noon. Registration officially closes at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 27.

Registration hours are the following:

Saturday, May 25: Noon to 6 p.m.
Sunday, May 26: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday, May 27: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Players must register in person during the hours listed above, unless they officially notify the USGA by calling Karen Parker at 908.326.1910 prior to May 17, or Matt Sawicki at 908.432.6755 after May 18. Any player who has not registered onsite or has not notified the USGA by 6 p.m. on Monday, May 28, is subject to having her spot in the championship replaced by an alternate.

CREDENTIALS

Credentials will be distributed at Player Registration beginning Saturday, May 25 (see “Registration”) . A player may request the following:

Two (2) “Player Guest” credentials for immediate family members (including a spouse), which allow access into Player Hospitality located behind the 18th green in the main Clubhouse. Hospitality is only for players, their spouses and immediate family members who have “Player Guest” credentials. Due to space limitations, players will be strictly limited to a maximum of two “Player Guest” credentials.

Four (4) complimentary Palmetto Pavillion ticket packages, which will allow week-long access to the championship gallery and Palmetto Pavillion. The Palmetto Pavillion is a hospitality area located near the 18th tee featuring a sports bar environment with live television coverage of the U.S. Women’s Open Championship. Upgraded food and beverage is available for purchase.
