Hotel The Hotel Viking will serve as the host hotel for players and their families during the 2020 U.S. Senior Open Championship. Please note that any player wishing to check into either of the hotels prior to Monday, June 22 will be allocated a room pending availability.
Each exempt player is entitled to reserve a maximum of two (2) rooms. Each qualifier is guaranteed one room and additional upon availability. All reservations and any subsequent changes to the reservations must be made through the Player Services Office by emailing Jenny Pritchard at jpritchard@usga.org or calling 908.748.4770. Reservations or changes may not be made through the hotel directly.
Rate: $289/night + Resort Fee of $20/night + applicable taxes

Valet Parking only: $30/night
Private Home Rental While the Player Services Office has assisted in facilitating home rentals in the past, we will not be able to assist with connecting players with homeowners this year due to the city of Newport’s Short-Term Rental Regulations. You may seek rental options through VRBO, Airbnb, realtors and such.
Please Note: if you do decide to rent a home in the area, please make sure the renter has completed and received approval of Newport’s Short-Term rental application for that time period.
