Player Registration
Player Registration will be conducted in the official Notre Dame Football Stadium Team Locker Room located at the North Gate entrance of the Stadium.
Players may register beginning Sunday, June 23 at 8:00 a.m. Registration officially closes at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25.
Registration hours are the following:
Saturday, June 23 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 24 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Monday, June 25 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
If a player has any questions about the registration process, please contact the Player Services Office at 908.748.4770. If any player has a question about the actual conduct of the championship, the player may contact Ben Kimball, Director, U.S. Senior Open Championship, by cell phone at 908.217.3811. Players must register in person during the hours listed above, unless they officially notify the USGA. Any player who has not registered on-site or has not notified the USGA by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, is subject to having his spot in the championship replaced by an alternate.
Credentials
Credentials will be distributed at Player Registration beginning Sunday, June 23 (see “Registration”). Each player will receive a credential for himself and may request a maximum of ten (10) complimentary credentials for family and/or guests. Of that quantity, a player may request all of the following:
- Four (4) “Player Guest” credentials for guests (including a spouse) which allow week-long access into the Player Hospitality tented facility located adjacent to the Notre Dame Golf Facility at the far end of the practice range. Player Hospitality is only for players, their spouses and guests who have “Player Guest” credentials. “Player Guest” credentials do not allow inside-the-ropes access. Due to space limitations, players will be strictly limited to a maximum of four (4) “Player Guest” credentials.
- Two (2) complimentary Irish Club ticket packages which will allow week-long access to the championship grounds and the Irish Club; an exclusive climate-controlled tent located players’ right of hole 17 featuring comfortable seating and live television coverage of the U.S. Senior Open. Food and beverage is available for an additional charge.
- Four (4) complimentary Gallery ticket packages which will allow week-long access to the championship grounds.
In addition to the complimentary credentials above, each player may request up to two (2) complimentary credentials for their designated instructors. The “Player Instructor” credential will provide access to the Practice Facilities all week. This “Player Instructor” credential cannot be used by managers, agents or family members under any circumstance. The Instructor credential can be obtained during Player Registration onsite and the Player Services office thereafter.
Player Mail and Package Delivery
All player mail and packages will be delivered to the 2019 U.S. Senior Open Championship Office. The Championship Office has one address for both standard mail and packages. All mail and packages will be thoroughly screened at a postal inspection facility prior to arrival on-site. Please use the following address:
