Accommodations It is not a requirement for caddies to stay in a specific hotel at the U.S Open. As such, all caddies will be responsible for securing their own accommodations. Please keep in mind that accommodations are very limited; therefore, we are strongly encouraging all caddies to make reservations promptly.

Caddie Food Service at Torrey Pines The Caddie Grill will be a facility exclusively for caddies during the week of the championship. The Caddie Grill will be located adjacent to the Torrey Pines practice facilities. (Please note that players may also dine in the Caddie Grill.) The Caddie Grill will be climate controlled and have food and beverage service each day, including breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks provided by the USGA.
The Grill Room will be open during the following hours:
Saturday, June 12 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 13 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Monday, June 14 - Friday, June 18 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 19 - Sunday, June 20 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Caddie Registration Each player will indicate on his online player pre-registration form his caddie contact details. Each caddie will receive a credential and a parking pass (if needed) at Caddie Registration.
All Caddies must register at Caddie Headquarters, which is located within the player compound and adjacent to the Player Grill room, during the following hours:
Saturday, September 12 12:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 13 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Monday, September 14 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Credentials At Caddie Registration, each caddie with a confirmed player in the 2021 U.S. Open Championship field will receive a credential featuring his or her photo. Credential processing equipment will be set-up in the registration area so “Caddie” credentials can be quickly produced on-site.
If a caddie’s credential is lost or stolen, please notify the USGA as soon as possible as a new credential will be issued and the bar-code on the original caddie’s credential will be deactivated. Caddies will not be able to enter the championship without the proper credentials.
