Agronomist Northeast Region |
Elliott is an agronomist in the USGA Green Section’s Northeast Region based out of Glen Mills, Pa. He helps golf facilities maintain better playing conditions through USGA Course Consulting Service on-site visits, educational outreach and research throughout the region.
Before joining the USGA, Elliott was the golf course superintendent at Cress Creek Country Club in Naperville, Ill. He was also the superintendent at Ivanhoe Club in Ivanhoe, Ill., an assistant superintendent at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., and completed golf course internships in Illinois, Colorado and California.
Elliott received his Bachelor of Science degree in horticulture with an emphasis in turfgrass management from Iowa State University. He also has a Master of Professional Studies degree in turfgrass management from Penn State University.
