The Greenville, S.C., native earned her third LPGA Tour victory at the 2021 LPGA Drive On Championship in Ocala, Fla. Her second title came in in the 2020 Walmart NW Arkansas Championship. That came six years after her maiden win in the 2014 Portland Classic. Her win in Arkansas came a week after she finished fifth in the AIG Women’s British Open at Royal Troon. Ernst enjoyed a successful amateur career, winning the 2011 NCAA individual title for Louisiana State University and the 2012 North & South Women’s Amateur. She represented the USA in the 2012 Curtis Cup Match, and in 2017, she was a member of the victorious USA Solheim Cup Team. She also represented the U.S. in the 2021 Solheim Cup.
