Lee returns to the U.S. Women's Open for the first time since 2016 after garnering one of the two available spots at Dragonfly Golf Club. The LPGA Tour veteran posted rounds of 73-65 (8-under 138) on the par-73 layout to earn medalist honors. Lee's only professional win came in the 2013 Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic by two strokes over Irene Cho. She tied for fourth in her U.S. Women's Open debut in 2012 at Blackwolf Run. She also tied for fourth in the 2015 Evian Championship. Prior to turning pro in 2006, Lee won the 2004 Asia-Pacific Junior Championship.
