Kilby will make her U.S. Women's Open debut after getting into the field as the first alternate from the Honolulu, Hawaii, qualifying site. Kilby just completed her freshman season at Florida International University. She finished eighth in this year's Conference USA Championship and was fourth in the 2021 Hawaii State Women's Amateur. Attended the same high school as President Barack Obama and Michelle Wie West (Punahou School).
