The native of Austin, Texas, captured a pair of U.S. Women’s Amateur titles; in 2014 over future major champion Brooke Henderson at Nassau Country Club on Long Island and four years later over current LPGA Tour player Jiwon Jeon at The Golf Club of Tennessee in suburban Nashville, Tenn. That victory came two months after Gillman went 5-0 for the victorious USA Curtis Cup Team at Quaker Ridge Golf Club in Scarsdale, N.Y. Gillman also represented the USA in the 2014 Women’s World Amateur Team Championship. Gillman notched her first professional win at the 2020 Hurricane Classic on the Women’s All-Pro Tour in Anna, Texas. At Alabama, Gillman was a two-time All-American.
