2021 U.S. Women's Open Championship Volunteer Program FAQs
Q: If I am no longer volunteering due to the cancelation of the general volunteer program, is there a waitlist that I can be added to?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a waitlist opportunity at this time.
Q: Will I receive a refund for my Volunteer Apparel Package order payment?
A: Volunteers who purchased the uniform package will automatically receive a refund in check form for their Volunteer Uniform order payment once they complete the Volunteer Refund Survey to confirm their mailing address. The refund process will begin in early April.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Please fill out the Volunteer Refund Survey by Monday, April 5th, 2021 to receive your refund within a timely manner.
Q: What if I my address has changed since registration?
A: All volunteers are required to fill out the Volunteer Refund Survey in order to receive their refund check. Please make sure to input your current mailing address.
Q: Can I receive my Volunteer Apparel instead of receiving a refund?
A: No, we are only able to offer a full refund.
Q: How can I register to volunteer for the 2022 U.S. Women’s Open?
A: Volunteer registration for the 2022 U.S. Women’s Open at the Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club in Southern Pines, North Carolina will begin in Summer 2021. All applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the USGA Championship Office at 2022uswomensopen@usga.org for more information.
