Entries for the 41st U.S. Senior Open at Omaha (Neb.) Country Club will open the week of Feb. 22 and close at 5 p.m. ET on May 12. All professionals and amateurs with a Handicap Index that does not exceed 3.4 and have turned 50 years of age by July 8 are eligible to enter. The 18-hole qualifying sites and dates are subject to change.
