Pagdanganan will make her U.S Women’s Open debut after holing a birdie putt on the 72nd hole at Aronimink Golf Club to tie for ninth in the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. The LPGA Tour rookie is statistically the longest hitter on the circuit, averaging 288.8 yards. She started her college career at Gonzaga, but transferred to Arizona prior to her junior season. She helped the Wildcats to the 2018 NCAA title. Pagdanganan earned an individual bronze medal and team gold medal (with Yuka Saso and Lois Kaye Go) in the 2018 Asian Games. She also won the 2017 Philippine Ladies Open.
