2016 Championship Eun Jeong Seong, 16, of the Republic of Korea became the first player in 45 years to successfully defend her title with a 4-and-2 victory over 2016 USA Curtis Cup competitor Andrea Lee, of Hermosa Beach, Calif., at The Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, N.J. She joined Judy Eller (1958-59), Hollis Stacy (1969-71) and Nancy Lopez (1972, 1974) as the only multiple champions of the event. Seong overcame a 5-down deficit in the 36-hole deficit through 13 holes to win the championship.
