Advanced to the quarterfinals with a 19-hole victory over Ginger Howard …playing in her second Girls’ Junior … missed the cut by one stroke at the 2009 championship … has a career-low round of 66, shot at Greenville Country Club in June of 2010 … lists as her career highlight holing a shot from the fairway for double eagle at the high school championship to shoot a 69 in the eighth grade … enjoys playing basketball and being involved in her community … attends Itawamba AHS … plans to attend Mississippi State in the fall of 2011 … daughter of Jamie and Angie … has one brother, Andrew … birth date: Oct. 25, 1992.

Gyeol Park, 14, of Korea
Advanced to the quarterfinals with a 2-up victory over Lindsey Weaver … playing in her first USGA championship …has a career-low round of 66, shot at Los Serranos Country Club in June of 2010 … attends Yedang Middle School … enjoys reading books and listening to music … daughter of Hyeongjoon Park and Myungsun Ahn … birth date: Jan. 9, 1996.

Victoria Tanco , 16, of Argentina
Advanced to the quarterfinals with a 5-and-3 victory over 2007 Girls’ Junior champion Kristen Park … playing in her fourth Girls’ Junior … advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2009 championship before falling to eventual champion Amy Anderson … has played in three U.S. Women’s Open Championships, in 2008, 2009 and 2010 … has also played in the 2008 and 2009 U.S. Women’s Amateur … won the 2010 Annika Invitational, the 2008 and 2009 AJGA Rolex Tournament of Champions, and the 2009 Mizuno Golf Championship … named the AJGA Rolex Player of the Year in 2008 and 2009 … has a career low round of 10-under 63, shot in Argentina in 2008 … has one hole-in-one, made on the third hole at the Annika Invitational at the Ginn Resort and Spa’s Independence Course in 2009 … enjoys reading, being with her friends, playing ping pong and watching television … attending Sworn College … daughter of Marecelo and Ana Lucia … has one brother, Nicolas … birth date: Feb. 25, 1994.
