To honor those serving our country, the 2010 U.S. Women’s Open and Oakmont Country Club will host Military Family Days during the week of the championship.

Oakmont Country Club and the U.S. Women’s Open are proud to host servicemen and servicewomen throughout the country at our national championship, said Carol Semple Thompson, general chairman for the 2010 U.S. Women’s Open. This is just a small token of our sincere appreciation for those men and women who have served our country.

Active and retired military personnel may attend the championship free of charge for the duration of the championship. Spouses will receive 50 percent off their tickets, while all children 17 and younger are eligible for the championship’s Kids Get in Free program.
