Susan Pikitch

Chief Financial Officer

Susan Pikitch joined the USGA in June 2015 as the organization’s first chief financial officer. In this role, she provides strategic vision, operational rigor, and financial leadership that continue to shape the USGA’s evolution and long-term success. Beyond her core financial responsibilities, Pikitch leads and oversees a broad portfolio that includes information technology, GHIN (Golfer Handicap and Information Network) products, USGA Museum and Library, and The World Golf Hall of Fame and USGA Experience in Pinehurst, N.C.

Pikitch brings more than 30 years of multifaceted experience as a senior financial and operating executive across public accounting, consulting, financial services, media, publishing, and data services. She spent the majority of her career in public, for-profit organizations, most notably holding senior leadership roles at Standard & Poor’s/McGraw-Hill. Prior to joining the USGA, Pikitch served as CFO of the Law & Business division at Wolters Kluwer, a global leader delivering expert solutions to legal, healthcare, and compliance professionals. There, she played a pivotal role in driving the division’s digital transformation – helping reposition the business from a legacy print research provider into a more agile, scalable, and technology-enabled organization. Earlier in her career, Pikitch led the financial turnaround of the U.S. Custom Research business at TNS (now part of WPP) and directed a successful financial restructuring that revitalized performance and growth.

A lifelong New Yorker, Pikitch earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College and her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She resides in New Jersey with her husband.
