Sharon Ritchey

USGA Executive Committee

Sharon Ritchey, of Longboat Key, Fla., is in her sixth year on the USGA Executive Committee.

She has spent her career in the financial services sector holding various executive roles with Citibank, GE Capital, The Hartford, AXA and T Rowe Price.  Sharon currently serves as an independent director of QBE North American Insurance Company and provides consulting and advisory services to various financial services company.  

She served a 7-year term on the LPGA Foundation Board, serving as an advocate for USGA/LPGA Girls Golf. Ritchey furthered her commitment to the game by supporting the inaugural women’s golf program at the University of North Carolina-Asheville. 

A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Ritchey continues to advocate for using the game of golf as a way to advance women in leadership.

In 2023, Ritchey will chair the Compensation & Leadership and Handicap (HOC, WHB) committees, and serve on the Audit & Risk committee.
