What is AXS Mobile ID?

AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online or in the U.S. Women’s Open or U.S. Open mobile app. This is the preferred admission method for the championship. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID and manage your tickets digitally.

 

How will my tickets be sent to me?

Mobile tickets will be delivered to fans approximately one week prior to the event. The tickets will be sent via AXS Guest Services, guestservices@axs.com. At this point, your tickets are in your account and ready to use with your AXS Mobile ID in the U.S. Women’s Open or U.S. Open apps.

 

Bought tickets for a group?

Make sure everyone enters together OR transfer tickets to friends before the event, and have them follow the steps above to enter the championship.

 

How to Transfer a Ticket in Three Easy Steps:

A ticket transfer allows you to digitally give each guest in your party their own ticket via AXS Mobile ID.

  1. Tap on “Transfer” and select the tickets you wish to transfer.
  2. Type in the recipient’s name and email and confirm transfer.
  3. Recipient will receive a notification that tickets have been transferred to them and will be prompted to set up an account to claim their tickets.
