What is AXS Mobile ID?

AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online or in the USGA mobile app. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID and manage your tickets digitally.

How will my tickets be sent to me?

Mobile tickets will be delivered digitally to fans approximately 30-60 days prior to the event. Ticket holders will be notified via email from AXS Guest Services, When notified, tickets are in accounts and ready to manage in the USGA mobile app.

What if I have a problem with my tickets or AXS account?
Your ticket account contains everything you need to access and manage your digital tickets. If eligible, you will have the ability to sell or transfer your digital tickets. You can also edit your information directly in your account. For help with your ticket account, contact AXS at 888-461-7328. For general ticket and Championship questions, contact the USGA ticketing department at or 1-800-698-0661.

Bought tickets for a group?

Make sure everyone enters together OR if eligible, transfer tickets before the event. Follow the steps below to transfer a ticket. After a transfer is successful, the recipient will be notified via email. Then have the recipient follow the steps above to access their ticket and enter the championship.

How to Transfer a Ticket in Five Easy Steps:

A ticket transfer allows you to digitally give a ticket to someone else via AXS Mobile ID in the USGA mobile app.

1.       Select the ticket for the day you want to transfer.

2.       After the digital ticket loads, tap on “Transfer”.

3.       Type in the recipient’s name and email, then click “continue”.

4.       Review the transfer details and then click “confirm transfer”.

5.       The recipient will receive a notification that tickets have been transferred to them and will be prompted to set up an account to claim their tickets.
