Macroinvertebrate insects, such as mayflies, stoneflies and caddisflies, are excellent indicators of water quality. With concerns about water quality on golf courses, they become a valuable tool for measuring water quality. This project will monitor the health of insects in golf course streams. The information gathered will be used to further develop environmentally sound management practices on golf courses.
