How
do I update my personal information with the USGA? top
You may change your address through our Web site using the Update
Personal Information Form or call our Members Program Customer
Service Department at 800-223-0041 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday
through Friday, (Eastern Time). Leave a voice mail message on
our machine after 4:30 PM. To ensure that your request is properly
fulfilled, it is extremely important to leave your former address
information along with your current address and telephone number.
Does
the USGA Members Program share my address or any of its mailing
lists? top
Yes, USGA membership information will, periodically, be made
available to carefully screened organizations, unless you request
otherwise (USGA
Privacy Policy). If you prefer to elect to keep your record
private, please let us know in writing. Send your request to
USGA Members Program, PO Box 746, Far Hills, NJ 07931-0746
. In order to process your request
you must include your eight digit membership ID number found on
your membership ID card with a note "I do not wish to be on other
lists," and we will make sure that your information is not sent
to any other organizations. Members can also prevent their name
from being made available to all direct mail companies by contacting:

What
is the difference between Individual and Dual levels, and what is
the Junior level? top
A Dual Membership is offered to two individuals ONLY if they
reside at the same address. The cost of a dual membership is less
expensive than purchasing two individual memberships.
The household is entitled to two Rules of Golf,
and two ID cards and two bagtags.
Junior Level is available for individuals under 18 years of age.
Only the Individual level is available for Juniors.
