The United States Golf Association introduces "PCDecisions," a new software product that instantly will provide The Rules of Golf as well as Decisions on The Rules of Golf via pocket computers and handheld devices, as well as desktops and laptops.

Versions of "PCDecisions" are available via download or CD-Rom for Windows desktop/laptop PCs and PDAs, such as Pocket PC, Blackberry and various Smartphones.  Each format is priced at $23 per download and $29 per CD-Rom.  The initial purchase of the 2004-2005 edition of "PCDecisions" includes a free automatic update for the 2006-2007 edition, upon availability early in 2006.
