Far Hills, N.J. - The United States Golf Association's 13 national championships will be highlighted in a 60-minute television special entitled 'The USGA Year in Review' to be broadcast on NBC from 3:30-4:30 p.m. on Dec. 13. The show will also be aired on ESPN from 3-4 p.m. on Jan. 7.

Hosted by Jimmy Roberts, the special will feature a retrospective look at Tom Watson's magical 65 on Thursday at the U.S. Open at Olympia Fields (Ill.) Country Club, which tied him for the first-round lead.

Viewers will see interviews and highlights from all 13 USGA championships, including U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links winner Michelle Wie, who, at age 13, became the youngest to capture an adult USGA title.

In addition, U.S. Open winner Jim Furyk chats about his first major victory; Hilary Lunke recaps her dramatic Women's Open title in a playoff at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in North Plains, Ore.; Bruce Lietzke remembers his battle with Tom Watson at the U.S. Senior Open at Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio; and U.S. Amateur champion Nick Flanagan recounts his gritty win at treacherous Oakmont Country Club near Pittsburgh.
