- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years business experience including Database Marketing, Campaign Analysis or Marketing Analysis experience; experience with multi-channel marketing analytics preferred
- Demonstrated analytic leadership and strong business/marketing acumen
- Ability to elicit and document business requirements from business partners of varying technical acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with different resources, vendors, priorities and timelines
- Attention to detail
- Relational database and SQL proficiency
- Knowledge of MS Office including Excel 2010, Word, Power Point, Visio and Access
- Experience with Tableau preferred
- This position requires occasional travel to vendor locations and industry meetings
