- B.A. in business, marketing or related field with a minimum of seven years’ experience in junior golf program management, including familiarity with the PGA, industry and youth development programs.
- Proven administrative experience working in a Section Office or with other golf association is preferred.
- Experience working with committees, PGA Members, PGA Sections and /or state and regional golf associations.
- Three years of proven ability in leading a team and managing staff. PGA Member preferred.
- Characteristics candidates should possess, include very professional, strong presentation skills, highly organized, enthusiastic, desire for a career in golf administration and ability to think strategically.
