- Excellent grammar, written composition and etiquette skills
- Detail-oriented, good problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and keep well organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
- Proficient typist (65+wpm)
- Confident and able to work under pressure, be flexible and remain calm
- Strong customer service skills and prior data-entry experience (1-3+ years)

- Associates or bachelor degree in business or service-related field
