Jerome Dewberry has been selected as an intern for the Green Section’s Florida Region.  Jerome currently is enrolled in the doctor of plant medicine program at the University of Florida under the guidance of Dr. Phil Harmon.

            Jerome has been a turfgrass diagnostician for the past two years and currently runs the Rapid Turfgrass Diagnostic Service at the University of Florida.  He has a great understanding of turfgrass pathology, particularly in the field of warm season turfgrasses.

            Jerome plans to graduate in the fall of 2012 and thereafter pursue a career in the managing/consulting side of the turfgrass industry.
