To download a grant application packet, you must first have read the "USGA Funding Guidelines and Evaluation Criteria ". The grant application documents are offered in a .zip format and consist of multiple distinct files that must be extracted before they can be used. They are:

Windows XP and later users have a .zip file extractor installed by default. Other operating systems and some Windows configurations may require additional software (such as WinZip, available as a free download from the Internet) to extract the files.

Once you have read the Philosophies and Guidelines, checked the accompanying checkbox, and selected the "Download Application" link, you will be asked what you would like to do with the file. Select the "save" option and save it to a convenient location on your computer, such as "My Documents" or to your desktop. Once you have saved the files to your machine, you can then extract them and begin the application process.
