Grants Initiative Responsibilities
- Serve as liaisons between the USGA and
grant applicants and manage grants in one of six regions
of the country: Northeast, Southeast, North Central, Great
Plains, Southwest, and West
- Oversee grant compliance, evaluation,
and program development of USGA-supported programs through
regular correspondence with local program directors.
- Conduct pre-grant, active-grant and post-grant
evaluation visits in order to assess grantees' impact.
- Prepare written and oral assessments
of grant applications for the USGA Grants Committee.
- Analyze budgets, financial statements,
and financial risk of applicants.
