Grants Initiative Responsibilities
  • Serve as liaisons between the USGA and grant applicants and manage grants in one of six regions of the country: Northeast, Southeast, North Central, Great Plains, Southwest, and West

  • Oversee grant compliance, evaluation, and program development of USGA-supported programs through regular correspondence with local program directors.

  • Conduct pre-grant, active-grant and post-grant evaluation visits in order to assess grantees' impact.

  • Prepare written and oral assessments of grant applications for the USGA Grants Committee.

  • Analyze budgets, financial statements, and financial risk of applicants.
