Jane Swiggett

Managing Director, Human Resources

Jane Swiggett is the managing director of Human Resources for the United States Golf Association. She joined the USGA as a member of the Human Resources department in 1990, before advancing to senior director in 2002, and then managing director in 2011. Swiggett is responsible for all areas within HR, including retirement and benefits programs, recruiting, employment and compensation.

A 1976 cum laude graduate of Wheaton College in Massachusetts, Swiggett also received her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 1981. She has more than 30 years of diverse human resources experience at various companies including Exxon Engineering and Schering Plough.

Swiggett is a native of New York and currently resides in Basking Ridge, N.J.
