Please Note: A $300 travel fee will be added for visits made in Canada and Mexico.

By applying for the Turf Advisory Service (“the Service”) of the United States Golf Association Green Section (“USGA”), applicant acknowledges that USGA’s liability (if any) for loss or damage arising from the Service shall be limited to and in no event exceed the amount of charges for the Service. USGA shall not be liable for any other loss or damage, direct, consequential or incidental arising out of or from the Service, and USGA shall be discharged in full by abatement and refund of the charges for the Service.
