Kimberly S. Erusha, Ph.D., managing director, USGA Green Section, joined the organization in 1990.  Kimberly's responsibilities include the coordination of the Green Section's education and communication programs pertaining to the USGA's environmental activities and the development of educational materials directed to golf course superintendents, golfers, environmental organizations, and regulatory officials.   

She serves as associate editor of the Green Section Record, a weekly professional journal on turfgrass science and golf course management.  She also oversees the Green Section's Turf Advisory Service, a consulting service offered to golf courses by the USGA's 18 regional agronomists. 

Dr. Erusha earned a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from Iowa State University, and completed her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Nebraska, specializing in turfgrass management.
