Club Membership

International Subscriber

An International subscriber to the United States Golf Association may be any club or course outside the 50 states and U.S. territories, including U.S. military establishments.

Membership is on an informational basis only. No rights, privileges, or voting is granted in return for membership. A sampling of benefits similar to that of a golf course in the USA is provided (see Golf Course Section).

Except in Mexico, international subscribers cannot make purchases of additional Rules of Golf materials or most handicap instructional materials without special permission, and cannot obtain interpretations of the Rules from the USGA. Most USGA services are not accessible to international subscribers.
