      Course Overview

Architect Tom Fazio crafted the 200-acre heavily wooded, gently sloping bayside property into a private, 18-hole club dedicated to the serious golfer. Fazio designed tees with breathtaking views, challenging hazards and challenging green complexes.

The club’s inspiration grew from regular visits in the 1980s to nearby Seaview Country Club outside of Atlantic City by Commerce Bank CEO Vernon Hill from his home in Cherry Hill, N.J. On one particular Saturday round, the course was so bustling with golfers that it took five-plus hours to play a round. Frustrated, Hill joined partner John Silvestri in seeking out property in the Atlantic City region to create a golf club.
