Despite getting a little bit of a break this past weekend for the practice rounds, the local forecast is calling for 90-plus temperatures and a Heat Index that could hit triple digits. Are we going to have a repeat of Pinehurst again? Three weeks ago for the U.S. Girls' Junior at The Country Club of North Carolina, temperatures were in the 90s and the Heat Index for the 36-hole final reached 110. Looks like the guys supplying the water and sport drinks will be plenty busy this week. -- David Shefter
