Se Ri Pak (Flash)

Q.  Tell us about your round.  What was it like out there today?

SE RI PAK:  Well, I really hung in there pretty well.  So I said this golf course you miss by a little and it cause a lot of trouble.  So same thing.  I had some great shots, more great shots than bad shots, but a couple other shots I was missing so ‑‑ barely miss it and then landed really hard lie or difficult lie.  It wasn't any lucky lie there, so got a couple bogeys. But I made some great birdies, too, so I'm just trying to ‑‑ well, trying to hang in there as well as I could and hopefully next two days trying to make less mistake, but hoping.

Q.  Was there any particular holes that stood out to you as the spot where you felt you were able to get on track?

SE RI PAK:  Earlier, to begin with, I kind of miss shot off the tee a little bit, one or two shots.  But you know, sometimes you miss it, you really have to take a bogey and be happy about that. So I just missed a couple of tee shots a little bit and I got a pretty good up and down, too, and I got a great putt.  And sometimes you make really well, and sometimes ‑‑ well, not expected, but you miss it.  So overall I'm still happy with the way ‑‑ right now my position. And the weekend you never know.  Just weekend is most important.  So yeah, just trying to make myself comfortable, and as I said, trying to have a good memory of the golf course.

Q.  The weather was not quite as hot today.  What was it like out there for you?

SE RI PAK:  Oh, perfect.  I take this weather no problem.  Yesterday was so hot, it was really, really wonderful, but today, oh, my God, just great.  Earlier to begin with a little hot, but not as bad as yesterday, and right now it's just been perfect.  So I think weather is perfect.  The golf course been great shape.  So all I need to do is go out and shoot low.  But like I said, trying to happy as I could.

Q.  The locals are all asking about your colors.  The colors you're wearing are the same colors as the Green Bay Packers.  Did you know that?

SE RI PAK:  Yes, it's funny.  Yes, I do.  I do.  Because however last night just being I choose what color I want to wear today.  But I have green, I have yellow.  But I ‑‑ however I decided green, and all of a sudden this morning as soon as I hop on my cart, I said oh, you must be know the football.  I was like, huh?  And then they said Green Bay Packers are same color.  So that's great.  That's what it is. So I said this week is all about it, and I'm really happy to be part of it.  So as I said, this week is amazing week no matter what.  So I'm really happy about that.
