The USGA® offers online and actual class seminars on handicapping as well as posts articles and resources that can be of importance to the handicap chairman of a golf club. The USGA also offers many different publications on how to establish a USGA Handicap Index® and how to use this handicap on a daily basis. You can also check on your authorized golf association's handicap revision schedule.
